I read Physics at St Edmund Hall, Oxford, graduating with a Master’s degree in 2016. My final year project studied the properties of extensive air showers from ultra high energy cosmic neutrinos.
Current Research
My interests are in clouds and convection. Shallow cumuli are the most prominent clouds on Earth, yet their poor representation in climate models results in most of the uncertainty in cloud feedbacks in a changing climate. My DPhil project will focus on studying the interactions between marine shallow convective clouds and their environment, using high resolution modelling, in an effort to inform improved parameterisations of these clouds.
